A provisional booking will be held for five days. A deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking.

The booking will be formally confirmed in writing on receipt of the deposit.

The balance is payable six weeks before occupancy.

Bookings made within six weeks of occupancy must be paid for in full.

or by Paypal (we are happy to accept payment by Paypal, but regrettably must add the 3.0% bank charge on to the rental cost)

CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Up to 6 weeks - Deposit
2 to 4 weeks - 50% of total cost.
Less than 2 weeks - 90% of total cost
